Thank you so much for taking time to check out my website, it really means a lot to me.

I’m heading into my THIRD YEAR of Awareness Raising for the fantastic charity – C.A.L.M (last 2 years effort raised £12,238 – so thanks to all those who donated).

Again I’m riding every working day in JustMyShorts for the whole winter. 6 months starting October and finishing sometime in April when it starts to warm up……obviously !

Please sponsor me, and SPREAD THE WORD to keep me going on this journey. The ride is mostly very unpleasant, this is no hike in the mountains, or cycling the Pyrenees with your mates, or even doing that Marathon you’ve always wanted to do. This is Cold….its embarrassing…..its Cold……its loooooong (6 months)……its Cold……..its mildly humiliating…….oh and did I mention its Cold !

I’m raising awareness and money for the charity C.A.L.M – Campaign Against Living Miserably. This is to prevent suicides amongst men in the UK, I’ve lost two friends to suicide and it’s the biggest killer of men under 45 years old.

My ride is Marylebone to Fenchurch Street and back – 10 miles a day.

Come rain, shine, sleet & snow I’ll be there, so when you’re wrapped up in your winter coats, head-down into the wind and rain…….imagine being in JustYourShorts.

Please give me a shout-out if you see me, I will probably need a boost when the temperatures start to plummet.
