So I’ve decided to continue the challenge of freezing my nuts off all winter.

I figured I do the ride anyway as part of my commute, so why not continue raising awareness for this great charity – C.A.L.M – Campaign Against Living Miserably.

I’m nearly there. It’s been a weird winter for me. I think I got lucky with the weather with no real long spells of freezing cold.

Although riding back one night about 8:30 in the freezing rain was a particular low point.

At least I get to finish this suffering, whereas a lot of guys continue to suffer in silence with no end in sight.

So please tell people about C.A.L.M and if you are suffering yourself or know someone who is then please talk talk talk….

So my Chiltern train was cancelled so I took the Met line in to work this morning. I could have stayed on all the way to Bank but noooo, I got off at Baker Street and cycled in – dedicated to the cause 👍
