Thank you to Marcy Coss who wrote me a letter recently. You are correct, not enough is being done to address the issue of mental health in men both young and old.

My temporary steed (missus’s mountain bike). Not quite the slick speed and efficiency of a Brompton but beggars can’t be choosers 👍

My first accident in 15 years cycling in London. Can anyone spot the problem with my front wheel ? I am GUTTED this is happening now. Currently in A&E getting my knee checked out. Hopefully back up and cycling ASAP
